Professional's Tip of the Week
Know the differences between "hurt" and "injured."
Do NOT continue when you are injured. If you don't know the differences, let us help you learn about your body safely, so as to prevent learning about yourself from finding out the hard way.
Currently, as a course of our wide-spread (geographically) appeal, we are offering a deal to our athletes and members to arrange training programs with their local running clubs in addition to our own training programs and group events. For example, CARA, Chicago Tri Club, and CES are potentially available to all Bet My Lifers in Chicago. We also have our preferred massage therapists and personal trainers who specialize in different areas of sports massage therapy and athletic training and recovery.
